April 5, 2011 Board Meeting Agenda Item #41 Title RENEWAL OF TSA CONSULTING GROUP ADMINISTRATION SERVICES AGREEMENT EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2011 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2012 Description The administration services agreement renewal with TSA Consulting Group duplicates the Internal Revenue Code 403(b) compliance services in the expiring agreement.  In addition to IRC compliance, TSACG provides educational and third party administration program services.  The prorated annual cost for the first plan year will be $21,375.  This is a rate reduction of 7.41% from the expiring agreement. Recommendation That the administration services agreement renewal, effective October 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, with TSA Consulting Group, be approved as presented.
